|Title:||Human Resources Manager|
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for provision of all personnel related services to include employee relations, compensation and benefits, staffing structure and recruitment, orientation and training, payroll management, overall benefits administration, and assuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and mandates. The Human Resources Manager is also responsible for assuring the integrity of applicant and employee information and for compilation of statistics based on data.
Qualifications and Skills: Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, or education/work equivalent in Business Administration/Human Resources, plus five (5) years experience in Human Resources management. SHRM affiliation or certification preferred. Applicants must be proficient in basic computer programs, and willing to learn electronic records system applications.
|Hours:||Generally Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with a designed 1 hour lunch break; willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the agency|
