Persons with training and/or experience in counseling, social work, or education, interested in being part of Northern Wyoming Mental Health Center's Summer Day Treatment Program in Sheridan, WY, please apply. As a Group Leader in the Summer Program, you are responsible for assisting in the daily planning and implementation of day treatment services and therapeutic activities for enrolled participants.
Training will be provided, staffings will be conducted, and you will be an integral part of the treatment process. These rewarding positions are generally 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with a designated lunch break. The program begins with a full week of training June 11-15, treatment services beginning the week of June 18 through August 2, with the week of July 4th off. This is the perfect summer job for 7 weeks.
Qualifications and Skills: Qualifications include a high school diploma, or equivalent, 19 years of age or older, and two (2) years experience working with children. Applicants must be proficient in basic computer programs, and willing to learn electronic records system applications.
